At Centre, we prioritize two things 365 days a year: technology and people. We believe that it is the combination of those passions which truly sets us apart from other IT providers. But at Christmas time, we find that one shines a little brighter than the other.  As we get closer to the end of the year, people are taking a break from the hustle and bustle of work and thinking about special moments with loved ones and the joy of a simple gift given to one another. These are the cornerstones of humanity - joy, peace, and hope for the new year. But for some, these sentiments seem a little lackluster. We want to change that. 

Supporting Families in Dallas and Tulsa

We’ve always believed that businesses have a responsibility to give back to the communities they serve. This holiday season, we set out to make a difference—not just to help those in need but to build a community-first culture that defines who we are as a company.

We were honored to support two incredible families this year: one in Dallas, TX, and another in Tulsa, OK. The Tulsa family, whose parents, Brittany and Montrell, are both deaf, especially inspired us with their strength and resilience. Through a carefully curated Amazon wish list and the incredible generosity of our team, partners, and supporters, we were able to sponsor over 60 gifts for these families, bringing joy, warmth, and holiday cheer to their homes.

Building a Goal to Impact Communities in the Future

But this effort was about more than toys under a tree—it was about connection and impact. By continuing to put our community first, we're taking significant step toward strengthening our presence and showing what matters most to us as a company: supporting others, building relationships, and creating meaningful change.

This initiative also marked the beginning of something much bigger. Lead by our own Beau Nichols, we’re committed to making community-building our "thing"—not just during the holidays but all year long. We’re focused on developing a sustainable, long-term plan for community involvement that allows us to continue giving back, growing alongside the communities we’re proud to call home.

While helping these families is in no way an attempt at personal or professional gain, there does exist an ambition. An ambition to use these opportunities to grow interest within Centre. An interest, I aspire, that will foster a fully-sustainable, autonomous, Centre-Branded Community Outreach Program."

Through efforts like this, we’re not only able to positively impact lives but also to strengthen our company’s purpose and values. It’s about more than the work we do—it’s about how we show up, support others, and bring a spirit of giving to everything we do.
